And for those working in agency land the impact has been great, after all marketing and advertising are often the first things cut in times like these. But then again, there have never been ‘times like these’ to look back on for guidance.
It is for this very reason that we have spent the last two weeks looking at how we can best support the industry from our privileged position of neutrality.
And the first step in that process is launching right now – an industry-wide survey to try and gather the fact from the fiction and help everyone understand what others are doing to manage and lead through the crisis.
